HOT STONE MASSAGE WITH AROMATHERAPY
MARCH 2, 2013 8 CE’S $125.
Learn a full body hot stone massage with the added bonus of aromatherapy!! You will learn how to place the stones on the body and how to use them in massage. We will incorporate essential oils in your practice and create aromatic blends to take home. You will need a massage table, set of sheets, 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels. If you have a hot stone set and warmer, please bring them. This class is limited to 12 students at Fortis Institute Pensacola, FL.

CREATING THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE OILS AND CREAMS

Learn how to make (from scratch) massage lotions and creams without any artificial preservatives or fragrances. We will use essential oils, a nut free oil and other body oils along with beeswax, shea butter , etc..Take home all the products we make. You will also receive a recipe manual and get to practice using your aromatic lotions with massage.
Essential Oils and Herbs for Arthritis
